How do I get to VIVAJOY PLANET?
Drive and follow Google Maps, or take the BTS Green Line to Srinagarindra station (exit 1 or 3), then take bus 25 or the Khlong Kao songthaew and get off opposite VIVAJOY PLANET.
What are the opening hours?
Open daily, 10:00 – 18:00.
How much are tickets?
Adults (13+) 299 THB, children (2–12) 150 THB, including free loan of coats, socks and boots.
Do I need to bring warm clothes?
No. Coats, socks and boots are lent free and included in the ticket price.
How do I book for a group or school trip?
Book online on the group booking page: enter your name, phone, email, date, time and number of visitors, and our staff will contact you to confirm.
Who cannot enter?
Children under 2, visitors over 80, pregnant women and people with high blood pressure.
Is there go-karting? How much is it?
Yes, there is an outdoor go-kart track: 80 THB for 5 laps, for ages 8+ and at least 125 cm tall.
Do I need an account to buy tickets online?
No. Enter your name, phone and email, then pay by QR or bank transfer to the company account. Your QR ticket is emailed after staff verify the payment slip.
Can I get a refund?
Paid tickets are non-refundable.
