VIVAJOY PLANET Co., Ltd. (the Company, we or us), operator of VIVAJOY PLANET snow park and www.vivajoyplanet.co.th, respects your privacy under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal data.

Online ticket purchases: full name, phone number, email, LINE ID if provided, ticket items, payment amount and bank transfer slip.

Group bookings: organisation, company or school name; contact name, phone, email and optional LINE ID; visit date, visitor numbers, notes, and quotation or tax invoice information such as address and tax ID.

Contact form: name, contact details and message.

Website use: IP address, browser or device type, access date and time, and cookies (see section 8).

On-site visits: ticket QR scans and the date and time of ticket use.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, such as health or religious information, through the website. If you provide such information in a notes field, we use it only as necessary to provide the service.

Taking orders, verifying payment, issuing QR tickets and receipts, and emailing tickets: performance of a contract.

Contacting you by phone, email or LINE to confirm or follow up an order or booking: performance of a contract.

Checking tickets and preventing duplicate use or fraud: legitimate interests.

Accounting, tax and legally required records: legal obligations.

Website security and spam prevention: legitimate interests.

News and promotions by email or LINE: your separate, optional consent. You may unsubscribe using the email link or the contact details in section 1.

Website analytics and advertising measurement using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and TikTok Pixel: consent through the cookie banner.

If you do not provide required information (name, phone and email), we cannot accept your order or booking.

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose it only as necessary to:

• Company staff handling sales, bookings, finance and on-site services.

• Service providers processing data on our behalf, including hosting, email (Google), LINE, and analytics and advertising providers (Google, Meta and TikTok, only with cookie consent). They must protect data under applicable contracts and law.

• Banks when verifying payments.

• Public authorities when required by law, such as the Revenue Department, or by court order.

Some providers may store data on overseas servers. We select providers with adequate protection standards as required by the PDPA.

Orders, receipts, payment evidence and revenue-generating bookings: 5 years from the transaction date, for accounting and tax requirements.

Cancelled or unpaid orders: 1 year.

Contact form messages: 1 year.

Website access logs: 90 days.

After the retention period, we delete or anonymise the data.

Under the PDPA you may request access to and a copy of your data; correction; deletion or destruction (subject to legal retention obligations such as accounting records); restriction of processing; objection to processing; data portability; and withdrawal of consent, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

Contact us using section 1 to exercise your rights. We will respond within 30 days and may request information to verify your identity before proceeding.

We use encrypted HTTPS connections, restrict staff access to data, and store payment slips in areas accessible only to authorised staff. We email private links to view tickets. Do not forward your ticket link: anyone holding the link can view the ticket.

Essential cookies, such as language preferences and form security, are needed for the website to function and do not require consent. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing cookies (Facebook Pixel and TikTok Pixel) are used only after you agree in the cookie banner.
